RainKote™ Surface Stabilizer

Base coat for adhered jacketing system

Description

RainKote™ Surface Stabilizer is a modified latex, inorganic, quick setting coating for application to select thermal insulation materials. Blue in colour, RainKote™ Surface Stabilizer allows the applicator to visually control application rates and coating consistency.

Applications

RainKote™ Surface Stabilizer provides a base for adhering facing materials to the insulation surface. Porous or dust prone surfaces are conditioned to effectively receive pressure sensitive adhesive and many latex adhesives for facing/jacketing application. Factory or field applied, RainKote™ Surface Stabilizer can also prepare a surface for paint or other specialized finishes.
